Shipping policy
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Strewth Clothing Co reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee according to the relevant price of postage to your location.
Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or postage lockers.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders.
All Standard orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days* for standard delivery of your order.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Our Free Express Delivery Service is automatically applied to all orders over $120. We offer Express Delivery within Australia for $15.

Shipping New Zealand:
Standard Shipping to New Zealand costs $10.00. Express Shipping costs $25.00.
Please allow up to 8 business days* for Standard Shipping, and up to 5 business days* for Express Shipping to New Zealand.

Rest of World:
Standard International Shipping costs $30.00 for all orders. Express Shipping costs $50.00.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from your delivery date. No refunds, claims/requests, credits or exchanges will be accepted after this time period.
This policy applies to all purchases made online at www.strewthclothing.com.au
No refunds, exchanges or credits for 'change of mind', under any circumstances.
Sale items are final therefore we do not offer credits or refunds so please choose carefully.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
Once your item is received, we will email you a confirmation of your refund or credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be received in original condition - unworn and unwashed.
Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return, exchange, refund or credit. Any items returned to Strewth Clothing Co without approval or following the conditions of return, will be returned at the customers' expense.
Any returns for exchanges will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to choose a different item or the same item, provided it is available.
If you believe your garment has a fault, please specify when contacting us.
No refund will be issued on an item unless the we have been notified first via email info@strewthclothing.com.au. Please do not return the item without contacting us first.
